About Gina
Gina has spent over three decades coaching competitive high school cheerleading — leading her teams to 9 state championships and a national title. But her real coaching philosophy has never been about the podium. It's about helping young people know their identity and worth long before the scores are read.
Today, Gina brings that same conviction home as a mom, parenting her son through the intensity of competing on a Worlds All-Star cheer team. She and her husband are in the trenches most sports parents know well — the travel, the pressure, the comparison — working every day to help their son root his identity in Christ instead of his performance.
With decades of coaching experience, 25 years in nonprofit leadership, and a personal story of resilience and redemption, Gina blends humor, heartfelt storytelling, and hard-won wisdom into a message that moves audiences to both laugh and reflect. Her mission is simple: help the young people we raise, coach, and lead radiate the glory of God — not perform for it.
Gina has not only instilled in me a passion for the sport of cheerleading but more importantly she guided me towards a true, deep sense of who I am and what I was created to do. She consistently teaches that life is not found in trophies and winning, but rather it is resting in the truth that we are not our own but belong to Christ and through it all we have one goal: to Radiate Christ in ALL we do!

For three years, I coached the Middle School cheer team under Gina‘s high school program. Whenever Gina would come and speak to my team before a competition, you could see the pressure melt away as she would speak to the girls about not performing, but going out there and radiating God‘s glory on the mat. The team had worked hard and practiced their routine for months, they knew their routine just like all the other teams knew their routines, but you could see a difference in our teams when they were out there radiating God’s glory!
